  • We delivered an average of 5 training days for every employee
  • We hold an ‘Investors in People’ accreditation
  • Campaigns highlighting health and wellbeing in the workplace focused on mental health and managing stress, safe working in the sun, winter driving risks and activity challenges
  • Our STEM Ambassadors visited over 107 schools, engaged with over 3,100 primary and secondary school students about our work and provided 23 days of STEM workshops
  • Our Gas Network Site Manager Development Programme has received Endorsed Training Programme status from Energy & Utility Skills, as well as winning the Staff Development Award at the 2018 Utility Week Awards
  • We are extremely proud to be a Level 1 Disability Confident Committed employer
